Unithai joined thousands of other firms on September 6 to mark Anti-Corruption Day, a national show of commitment to ending graft in the private and public sectors. Representatives of Unithai participated in a rally at Central World in Bangkok where Prime Minister, Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha was among the speakers.
The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Anti-Corruption Organisation of Thailand organised the event to encourage civil servants and private firms to be good citizens and help curtail corruption. Only with their strong commitment to resist graft, they were told, would Thailand achieve sustainable growth.
