Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya led by Chef Alberto Bruni (right), our Italian Chef at Acqua Restaurant gave a warm welcome to Luigi Collavini (centre), Owner of Collavini Winery and Claudio Cattarin (left), CEO of Italasia wine importing company on the extraordinary occasion of the Collavini Wine Dinner held at the resorts Acqua Italian Restaurant recently.
More than 70 persons enjoyed our wine dinner; Luigi Collavini gave a great overview of his vineyards and philosophy. The food, prepared by our Chef Alberto Bruni, and wine pairings were superb making the event exquisitely enjoyable.
