Inspired by the element of Air which evokes freedom and freshness, Swedish Dream is a new spa experience designed to reawaken the senses for total relaxation. It begins with a welcome Foot Bath, a gentle foot scrub, hand massage and foot massage, which lull the guests into a state of calm. The professional therapist next presents a choice of scents to relax or invigorate the senses.
The spa experience features the distinctly-European Swedish massage – a full body massage that stimulates blood circulation and soothes tense muscles. Medium in pressure, the 90-minute massage uses a combination of three basic strokes, comprising long firm strokes, kneading strokes and small circular strokes, to relieve stress. Exclusively for this spa experience, Warm Clarity Oil - a blend of sesame, jojoba and Vitamin E, is heated with star anise in a burner before it is used in the massage, exerting warmth and pressure on energy points while calming the senses. With strong antiseptic properties, star anise is effective in improving skin condition with its healing properties. Guests will emerge from the massage fully rejuvenated.
