Explore the largest collection of precious craftsmanship and thousands of selected craftworks across the country in the 7th “Identity of Siam”

          Under the concept of "Thai Treasure…Artistic Heritage", the preciosity and the pride are ready to be experienced in the event during 21 – 24 January 2016 at Fashion Hall 1st Floor and Lifestyle Hall 2nd Floor of Siam Paragon Shopping Complex.
          The SUPPORT Arts and Crafts International Centre of Thailand (Public Organization) or SACICT invites interested Thais and foreigners to explore Thailand's most valuable handicrafts in the 7th "Identity of Siam" – the exhibition which has been continually organized in honour of Her Majesty the Queen while preserving national valuable heritage.
          This time, the "Identity of Siam" is organized with the concept of "Thai Treasure…Artistic Heritage" collecting the largest number of innovative craft masterpieces of inestimable value through "High-class Master Artisans" exhibition showcasing craftworks, biography, and techniques of creating high-end craftworks by six craft masters, namely, Master Sasithorn Mongkhonruangrit, expert of lacquerware from Chiang Mai province, Master Metta Selanon, expert of stone-polished ware in Bangkok, Master Monta Kangvalkong, master of yanliphao crafts, Master Jukkit Suksawat, expert of mother of pearl inlay, Master Veera Meemuan, expert of grand shadow play, and Master Uthai Jeansiri, expert of nielloware. There's also an exhibition on the important role of SACICT in promoting Thai handicraft towards international recognition.
          Other activities include demonstration and showcase of craftworks by recognized craft masters. Indispensible part of the event is the chance for visitors to purchase Thai handicraft products including woven fabrics, Batik, silverware, gold plates, home decorations, apparels, etc., from over 50 shops of SACICT branches across the country. And be dazzled with on-stage performances showing a variety of arts and culture throughout the event period.
