CIMB Thai Bank stated that the bank has appointed Mr. Arthit Masathirakul as a Deputy Head of Risk Management Group effective 1 August 2016.
Arthit brings with him more than 24 years of working experiences in the areas of risk management, corporate banking and special asset management gained from leading banks, both in Hong Kong and Thailand.
Prior to joining CIMB THAI, Arthit held the role of head of Risk at Deutsche Bank AG, Bangkok Branch. He had also worked with HSBC, and Standard Chartered Bank.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA.
