Brother launches “PR1050X Embroidery Machine,” the first machine which shows real-time operation with Live Camera Positioning technology and allows users to design even without software with My Design Center.
Mr. Teerawut Suppapunpinyo, Director of Sales and Marketing of Brother Commercial (Thailand) Ltd., disclosed the marketing strategies and business plan of the PR1050X embroidery machine that, "Brother introduces the PR1050X embroidery machine as an alternative for small business operators to maximize their ability to invent or create their own products without any limitations. The DIY designs created with our new embroidery machine will also significantly increase the value of the works. Because of the continuously increasing number of small operators as well as people who take up DIY design as a career, Brother never ceases to offer only the perfect products to satisfy any trends in the market and lifestyles of customers. Nowadays, people of new generation tend to start their own businesses and even those who work full-time have the desire to pursue part-time careers. Miss Pattaranit Phatirueangpong, Product Manager of Brother Commercial (Thailand) Ltd., described the functions of the PR1050X embroidery machine that "Brother designed this embroidery machine by combining technology and innovative ideas into a concept called 'My Design Center' which includes key functions such as the Scanning Frame that allows users to easily design just about anything by drawing the designs they like on a piece of paper and placing it on the Scanning Frame. The system will immediately display the drawing on the LCD screen which has been enlarged by up to 45% compared with the previous version. Users also can modify the scanned pattern directly on the LCD other innovation of PR1050X is live camera positioning, the world's first real-time embroidery display. This is another great step in achieving more precise embroidery as the users will be able to see the work progress from the LCD screen and the real tangible work being embroidered at the same time. All I can say is that the PR1050X is so easy to use that customers can forget all the complicated software systems and other design programs. The product is now available for sale at a special price of 450,000 baht. This price includes free embroidery desk, PE-DESIGN software, narrow cap holding hat hoop frame, multipurpose straight hoop frame, and multipurpose left-right hoop frame, of which total value is 83,190 baht."
