Hilton Pattaya Unveils Hotel Winners of Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters 2017/2018

          Hilton Pattaya today announced the winners of Hilton South East Asia & India (ISEA) F&B Masters 2017/2018 – Hotel Level competition. Following an intense contest amongst 62 food and beverage enthusiasts who are vying for the chance to represent their hotels at the Country Level of the Hilton ISEA F&B Masters 2017/2018, the Hotel Level winners of Hilton Pattaya are:
          • Culinary Challenge: Khun Suratda Hanbuakam from Horizon Rooftop Restaurant and Bar
          • Dessert Challenge: Khun Nittaya Tangsirisatien from Bakery kitchen
          • Barista Challenge: Khun Srirarat Jarernpon from Horizon Rooftop Restaurant and Bar
          • Bar Challenge: Khun Kavinpat Jalerntana from Drift Lobby Lounge and Bar
          "The Hilton ISEA F&B Masters has given numerous participating team members across Southeast Asia and India the opportunity to showcase their skills and creativity in their chosen food and beverage disciplines including culinary, dessert, bar, barista and sommelier. Many new and unique recipes have been created by our talented team members every year." said Rudolf Troestler, General Manager of Hilton Pattaya.
          The Hilton ISEA F&B Masters consists of three rounds of competition: Hotel Level, Country Level and Regional Finals. The Hotel Level winners each received the honor of representing the hotel at the Country Level round of the Hilton ISEA F&B Master 2017/2018 which will be held in Millennium Hilton Bangkok later this year. Millennium Hilton Bangkok today announces the list of the winners at the hotel level for the SEA F&B Masters 2018/2019 – the winners will compete with participants from other Hilton Properties, at the country level at Hilton Pattaya in November 2018.
