Millennium Hilton Bangkok Announces Hotel Level Winners for SEA F&B Masters 2018/2019

          Millennium Hilton Bangkok today announces the list of the winners at the hotel level for the SEA F&B Masters 2018/2019 – the winners will compete with participants from other Hilton Properties, at the country level at Hilton Pattaya in November 2018.
          There are five challenges this year after adding a new challenge of photography:
          Barista Challenge
          Patcharee Sookpaiboon (Khun Gai), PRIME Steakhouse
          Her signature drink has an outstanding taste combining coffee and coconut juice.
          Mixologist Challenge
          Kanjana Kantawong (Khun Jay), ThreeSixty Jazz Lounge & Rooftop Bar
          With her experience and creativity, Khun Jay won the competition with her creative drinks from locally made alcohol crafted with rum and other mixtures.
          Wine Enthusiast Challenge
          Janjira Dong-Uten (Khun Jane), YUAN Chinese Restaurant
          With her enthusiasm and experience in wine tasting and competition, Khun Jane from Yuan Chinese restaurant claimed her place again as a winner of this year's competition.
          Culinary Challenge
          Wattapol Seonde (Khun Film), PRIME Steakhouse
          Khun Film from PRIME Steakhouse shows his best culinary skills by creating a beautiful and tasteful menu
          Photography Challenge
          Pakpoom Buntawee (Khun Mhee), FLOW Restaurant
          It's a new challenge this year for the trendy generation using Instagram and Facebook to post photo of their food.
          The SEA F&B Masters 2018/2019 consists of three rounds of competition: Hotel level, Country level, and Regional level. The above Hotel level winners of the SEA F&B Masters at the Country level will be representatives in the Regional level scheduled to take place by the first quarter of the year 2018.
Judges are from professional career in the industry like hotel directors, professional chefs from recognized restaurants, and also well-known bloggers in Thailand.
          Since its inception in 2014, the Hilton ISEA F&B Masters has given team members across Southeast Asia and India the opportunity to develop their skills and benchmark themselves against the best in their chosen F&B discipline. It is not the first time for Hilton properties in Thailand to organize this event, but it has been done for a number of years to support hotel team members and to show that there are a variety of career levels for job seekers in the market.
