One Fine Evening with Michelin-Starred Chef Mads Refslund at W Koh Samui

Don't miss a chance to enjoy an exclusive dining experience with talented Danish Chef Mads Refslund who will share his 'bonding rawness' philosophy and pioneering passion for new Nordic cuisine through his naturally flavorful menu. This special dinner will be served in W Koh Samui's private suite, the one-of 'Extreme Wow Ocean Haven' overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.
From 7PM-10PM, the dinner is priced at THB 4,200++ per person with wine pairing (subject to 17% vat and service charge). The menu includes two mouth-watering snacks Beetroot and Elderberries and Uni Tart. Main courses feature Hamachi with Black Radish and Chestnuts, Sweet Shrimps with Salted Plumbs and Dried Red Peppers, King Crab Cooked in Rosemary Branches, Grilled Salmon Skin with English Peas and Grilled Cucumbers, and 30-day Dry Aged Duck served Family Style with Condiments. Dessert of the night is Green Coconut with Porcini and Black Truffle.
