The signing aims to examine personal bankruptcy information and consider the ability of the customer or the debtor of the data-linked requester to perform legal acts. Moreover, the memorandum aims to drive the cooperative relationships between private sectors and government sectors so as to increase the efficiency of operations to make them faster, complete, and accurate. The signing was organized at the Legal Execution Department building.
