Chia Tai Achieves ISO 14001:2015 Certification Reinforcing Firm Commitment to Sustainable Development

Mr. Wisit Phongpunsak, Assistant Vice President of Plant Operation, Chia Tai Company Limited, Thailand's leading innovative agricultural company, represents the company to receive the ISO 14001:2015 certification from Mr. Sumeth Hutintrawong, Commercial Manager, Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Limited. The certification attests to Chia Tai's sustainable environmental performance in the manufacturing process and plant protection laboratory operation at Chia Tai Omnoi Factory. This facility has a wide variety of pollution emission protection and control systems in place for air, dust, and vapor treatment processes. Furthermore, Chia Tai has streamlined the production process to ensure minimal environmental impact, including packaging development for waste reduction and resource efficiency, etc. In addition, the plant protection laboratory located in Chia Tai Omnoi Factory has also received ISO/IEC 17025 certification for the analysis of hazardous materials after passing two tests, reflecting the quality, safety and reliability of Chia Tai plant protection products, while also boosting confidence and sense of security among related stakeholders.
