Indorama Ventures wins 'Investors' Choice' award and achieves an 'excellent' score for Corporate Governance

IVL also received an "Excellent" (5-star) CG score in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2022 (CGR) for the 10th consecutive year, as assessed by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in conjunction with the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. This year, IVL scored 94% on average across five assessment categories, including shareholder rights, equitable treatment of shareholders, the role of stakeholders, disclosure and transparency, and Board of Directors responsibility.

The CGR 2022 surveys and monitors the development of corporate governance at 750 listed companies in Thailand. The IOD establishes the assessment criteria in reference to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the new CGR standard, which emphasizes the role of the board of directors in ESG practice.
