KTC in Collaboration with MASTERCARD Launches the Culinary Collective Guidebook 3

KTC partnered with MASTERCARD (Thailand) to launch KTC Culinary Collective volume 3, a guidebook compiling of 50 fine dining & casual dining restaurants under the concept "The Connection of Food and Identity". KTC expects to expand its membership base with high purchasing power and boost card spending in the premium restaurant business through special privileges for KTC MASTERCARD credit cardmembers at participating restaurants throughout 2023.

Ms. Varitta Phatanarajta, Head of Credit Card Marketing Division, "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, revealed, "The launch of the 2nd KTC Culinary Collective book during the end of 2022 has created awareness among KTC credit cardmembers reconfirming KTC's strategy on our expansion to premium groups. The special privileges offered through KTC's partnership with MASTERCARD have also led to an increase in card spending in the restaurant business and the restaurants featured in the guidebook have gained more exposure through KTC's public relations channels. This year, KTC is continuing our strategy of high purchasing power memberbase expansions thus launching our 'KTC Culinary Collective' volume 3. In the publication, 50 fine dining & casual dining restaurants are selected to feature inspiring stories and Connection between Food and unique Identity' through each menu which can be separated into 3 types, as follows:

  1. Craftiness: Restaurants that pay attention to every detail both in the outcome and behind the scenes. The restaurants are carefully decorated for remarkable ambience and the plating and presentation are arranged to make a great first impression.
  2. Borderless: Restaurants that push the boundaries and redefine themselves beyond their national cuisine. They are limitless and adapt to create the best using unique techniques and ingredients that reflect distinct identities.
  3. Innovative: Restaurants that don't stick to traditions. They create dishes with new concepts, transforming the familiar into exciting cuisine that sparks curiosity. The food is not only delicious but also creates a lasting memorable experience.

The highlight of the 3rd 'KTC Culinary Collective' guidebook is that beyond the 50 restaurants mentioned, KTC has also included another 45 premium restaurants popular among cardmembers from volumes 1 and 2, totaling 95 restaurants. KTC MASTERCARD credit cardmembers enjoy the following special privileges from restaurants in the guide between 15 April to 15 October 2023:

  1. Receive discounts or other special privileges upon spending with any KTC MASTERCARD credit card at participating restaurants.
  2. Earn up to 10x KTC FOREVER points upon spending with a KTC X WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD credit card or a KTC WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD credit card at participating restaurants. Terms and conditions apply."
