This delicious hot-season staple will be available at the resort's signature Thai restaurant Spice Market for dining in and take-away between 1-30 April 2023.
Staying true to custom, the Spice Market chefs will be serving Khao Chae the traditional way: a bowl of chilled, jasmine-fragranced rice accompanied by such homemade condiments as deep-fried shrimp paste balls, sweet dried turnips and steamed green chili stuffed with minced pork.
