Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) announced today that, having obtained approvals from the BOT and other relevant regulatory agencies, Krungsri has successfully completed the acquisition of business through the purchase of 99.1% of the share capital of Capital Nomura Securities Public Company Limited (CNS) from Nomura Asia Investment (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (NAIS). As a result, CNS is rebranded to Krungsri Capital Securities Public Company Limited (KCS) and becomes a subsidiary of Krungsri Group. This transaction completion follows the share purchase agreement announced on 30 June 2022.
