KTC or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited is reinforcing its leadership in digital finance by launching an online self-application service for its credit cards and the KTC PROUD Cash Card. This initiative addresses the new generation's demand for fast, secure, and convenient financial solutions. As highlighted by the Bank of Thailand's 'The Way We Pay 2023' report, Thais increasingly favor digital transactions for their safety and ease. KTC's new service allows consumers to apply online with confidence, ensuring secure data handling without the need to submit documents through third parties.

KTC Strengthens Leadership in Technology with New Online Self-Application Channel for Credit Cards and KTC PROUD Cash Card

Miss Sirikalya Suthanyaphruet, Head of Online Acquisition & Performance Media Division at 'KTC', noted that since the launch of the 'Apply Online Service' for KTC DIGITAL credit cards in January 2024, the service continues to gain popularity, especially among users aged 20-35. To meet the needs of time-conscious consumers, KTC has expanded this service to all its credit cards and the KTC PROUD Cash Card, allowing users to apply 24/7 and receive approval within the next business day. The process is fully digital, reducing the need for travel and enhancing security through document uploads and identity verification via the Krungthai NEXT app or other bank apps using National Digital ID (NDID).

This online service also aligns with KTC's commitment to sustainability, supporting Thailand's goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by minimizing carbon footprints through reduced travel and paper use.
Interested applicants can easily apply online at KTC Apply Online (https://apply.ktc.co.th). The process is straightforward: simply have your ID card and digital income statement ready, fill out the application, and upload the documents. Approval is fast, with results sent via SMS.

For the KTC PROUD Cash Card, approval can be granted within 30 minutes during specified hours. For those in urgent need of funds, the KTC PROUD Cash Card ensures uninterrupted spending, with online applications getting approval in as fast as 30 minutes, provided the application is submitted between 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and the first cash withdrawal is made.
