3. Investment Amounts: The most common investment ranges for Japanese properties are between 4-5 million THB and 10-25 million THB, with nearly 60% of investors focusing on these price brackets.
4. Expected Returns: 58% of experienced real estate investors found a return of 4% on properties priced at around 6 million THB in Japan to be attractive.
