Walking through the path among the rice paddies holding hands, a private ceremony with blessing awaits at the end of the trail. "The sun slowly turning down between the mountains, or the rice paddies harvested like the love of a couple, are all a gift of nature for those who are stepping into a new life together," she adds. The traditional nine-monk blessing ceremony, led by a village elder, gives guests a true experience of a Thai wedding ritual, complete with wedding garlands and traditional attire amid a rural backdrop.

Into the Sunset

"Sometimes, all a wedding needs is two consenting people in love," smiles Pimsupang. Guests can pledge their love under a floral wedding arch by the poolside as the sun sets across the horizon. "For this evening wedding, we'll create a perfect garden setting that includes floral decoration of your choice," she adds. In hues of gold and green with sun flares all around, there's no setting more magical than this one for a countryside ceremony.

Nature's Embrace

Sustainability is the cornerstone of the experience at the Resort and this extends to the beautiful green celebration as well. "Our eco-friendly themed decor and sustainable menu will bring you closer to nature as you create unforgettable memories with loved ones in a magical tropical setting," says Pimsupang. The Orchid Nursery is one such venue that is straight out of a storybook. "Skip the flowers for decorations when you're surrounded by live orchid plants in every hue and colour, as well as tropical ferns and other exotic flora," she says, adding, "Recreate a rainforest-like setting in the abundance of greenery and let the wedding banquet be lit up under a canopy of flowers - a fairy-tale waiting to unfold."
