The Fresh Tagliolini, tossed in butter and finished with truffle (THB 950++), is a nod to classic Italian simplicity.

For something more indulgent, the menu also features Foie Gras (THB 1,450++), paired with a smooth celeriac puree, its gentle sweetness balancing the Foie Gras's richness - while summer truffle adds an aromatic, earthy finish that lingers. Or opt for the Snow Fish, prized for its buttery texture and mild sweetness, served with tender white asparagus and delicately shaved summer truffle (THB 1,955++).
