Dine non-stop on all-you-can-eat Thai and International at Greenhouse's new a-la-carte buffet

From 1 April 2025, Thai and international food enthusiasts can sit down for a delicious feast of non-stop delicious dishes served a la carte. No more waiting in the buffet line; at Greenhouse, the banquet is delivered direct to the table, so guests can relax and enjoy more fun and flavours with friends.

In Greenhouse's garden-inspired dining room or out on the terrace, diners can take in city skyline views as they savour a selection of classic and innovative Thai appetisers, mains and desserts made fresh by Greenhouse's expert chefs. Highlights include deep-fried pork balls with Thai herbs, spicy Salmon salad with apple and corn, northern Thai curry noodles with grilled pork neck, stir-fried soft shell crab with chilli and garlic, creamy Truffle mushroom soup, and deep-fried puffed rice with coconut ice cream.

For true connoisseurs, a premium menu is available with access to all standard items, plus extra-special dishes, including Wagyu beef steak with roasted vegetable red wine sauce, river prawn salad with Thai herbs, shrimp paste fried rice with marinated beef, scallop linguine, and crab meat with betel leaf curry and butterfly pea rice noodles.

The 90-minute all-you-can-eat a-la-carte buffet is available every day for lunch and dinner from 12:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. The experience is priced at THB 890 net per person for standard menu or THB 1,490 net per person for the premium menu; prices include free-flow soft drinks.
