KBank Voted Thailand's #1 Best Bank in the Prestigious Forbes 'World's Best Banks' 2025 Rankings

Forbes, one of the world's most respected business media, recently announced the results of its prestigious 'World's Best Banks' rankings for 2025, placing KBank as Thailand's #1 Best Bank. Survey results are based on the responses of 50,000 banking service users from 34 countries around the world.

The survey's evaluation criteria include the availability of digital services and the ease of using online tools, trustworthiness, terms and conditions such as fees and rates, customer service (including wait times and helpfulness of employees), and the quality of financial advice. The survey, conducted between October and December 2024, also assesses general satisfaction with the bank as well as the likelihood of recommending the bank to others. Respondents consistently said that 'trustworthiness' was the most important attribute for a bank.

Of the 385 banks around the world that made it into the rankings, KBank is among only 18 banks in the world in 2025 to be ranked as their country's #1 bank and for a second consecutive year.
