The event marked the shared founding date of Rome and Bangkok (21 April 753 BC and 1782 AD, respectively), highlighting a unique historical alignment between the two capital cities. The occasion served as a platform to reinforce cultural and economic ties between Thailand and Italy, with guests including destination management companies, hoteliers, travel agencies, institutional representatives, media, and influencers. The event was made more vibrant by the presence of several booth activities for the promotion of local and international companies. A networking cocktail reception followed the panel discussion, facilitating dialogue and collaboration between tourism stakeholders.

The booth activities and reception were made possible thanks to: Sala Private Thai Villa, Conserve Italia Soc. Coop.
