True Corporation warns the public not to be misled by offers to become a "SIM-mule." Registering SIM cards on behalf of others in exchange for money is illegal and may result in felony charges. Given these findings, True strongly cautions the public not to be misled by offers on social media to become a "SIM-mule." Both the hirer and the registrant are subject to prosecution under the Royal Decree on Measures for the Prevention and Suppression of Technology Crimes B.E. 2566(2023) as amended by the Royal Decree (No.2) B.E. 2568 (2025).
