Available daily from September to November 2025 (5:00 PM - 10:30 PM), this limited-time menu spotlights premium Wagyu beef from Koriyama, Japan, crafted with French-Japanese fusion techniques that elevate each dish's depth, precision, and artistry.

The experience pays tribute to the world-renowned richness and sustainability of Koriyama Wagyu, known for its delicate marbling and unforgettable flavor. Each of the four unique creations blends tradition with innovation, reflecting Siam Yacht Club's reputation for adventurous fine dining:

• Koriyama Cold Roasted Beef - Served with Sake, Mirin, Soy Sauce, Dashi, Ginger, Szechuan Chili, White Onion, and Daikon (THB 998++)
• Koriyama Bolognese Wagyu Beef Croquette - Potato, Jalapeno Pork Sausage, Beef Tartare, and delicate Wagyu Snow (THB 998++)
• Koriyama Spice-Grilled Wagyu Beef - Enhanced with Macerated Japanese Cucumber, Vanilla-Beef Jus, Charcoal Oil, and Butternut Puree (THB 2,298++)
