This success follows the overwhelming demand for its 3-year debenture, carrying a fixed interest rate of 2.70% per annum. The strong investor interest and full subscription within a short period underscore confidence in TIDLOR's solid financial stability and its ability to deliver sustainable and high-quality growth.
The debenture, which is guaranteed by Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, was offered to general investors from October 28-30, 2025, through six Joint Lead Arrangers. The Company successfully achieved its target fundraising amount of THB 3,000 million, with full subscription.
The proceeds from this debenture issuance will be used to refinance maturing debt instruments of the Company's subsidiary. This offering marks TIDLOR's first debenture issuance following its business restructuring in May 2025, reflecting investors' confidence in the Company's business potential. Moreover, the Company intends to utilize the proceeds to support sustainable business growth while maintaining strict and prudent financial discipline.
TIDLOR's debentures were assigned an issue rating of "A+" with a "Stable" outlook from TRIS Rating on August 21, 2025. This Investment Grade rating reflects the Company's strategic affiliation with Bank of Ayudhya, strong business position, and strong capitalization.
