Highlights include Whole Salmon with ikura, Smoked Salmon Croquettes, Salmon Terrine, Salmon Katsu in wasabi tartar sauce, White Fish Ceviche, Grilled Argentinian Prawns, Shrimp Tartare, and Mussels, alongside prepared sushi and sashimi rolls.
