WHA Group Achieves Top 50 ASEAN CG Scorecard Ranking for the First Time Demonstrating Leadership in Corporate Governance

The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) is an initiative of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) designed to promote best practices in corporate governance among ASEAN-listed companies. It aims to encourage businesses to uphold transparency, social and environmental responsibility, and sustainable growth.

The award was announced at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference and Awards 2025 held on 24 July 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A total of 569 listed companies with high market capitalization across ASEAN participated in the assessment. WHA Group's entry into the Top 50 for the first time marks a significant milestone, reflecting its steadfast dedication to corporate governance and transparency — a commitment in line with its mission, "WHA: We Shape The Future."
