IMPACT Restaurants Group is moving forward with enhancing the customer experience through its "IMPACT FAMILY" membership program. Operating under the concept "The More You Spend, The More You Get," the program offers comprehensive privileges, featuring premium signature dishes such as Lychee Wood Roasted Hong Kong Style Suckling Pig and Longan Wood Roasted Peking Duck as free rewards for members. The campaign aims to foster long-term brand loyalty as well as expand its reach among the younger generation.

"We aim to meet the lifestyles of consumers who seek both quality and value in every meal. Currently, IMPACT manages 19 restaurant brands. The IMPACT FAMILY system provides continuous benefits, including instant rewards without the need for luck, point redemptions for special menus, birthday coupons, and discounts of up to 20%." This year, the program has been upgraded to offer a more personalized experience. For every 25 THB spent, members earn 1 point. The membership is categorized into four tiers based on accumulated spending:

  • Basic Tier: For accumulated spending between 0 - 9,999 THB (0 - 400 points).
  • Silver Tier: For accumulated spending between 10,000 - 29,999 THB (401 - 1,200 points).
  • Gold Tier: For accumulated spending between 30,000 - 49,999 THB (1,201 - 2,000 points).
  • Platinum Tier: For accumulated spending of 50,000 THB and above (2,001 points and above).

Currently, 17 out of 19 brands, spanning Chinese, Thai, Western, Japanese, and Lifestyle categories, participate in the program, which include HEI YIN, Hong Kong Fisherman, Thonglor Thai Cuisine, Tsubohachi Japanese Restaurant, IMPACT Lakefront, and The Coffee Academics Thailand.

Campaign Highlights: Exclusive Signature Redemptions

To incentivize frequent visits and attract younger food enthusiasts, IMPACT has curated its most iconic dishes as redemption assets:

  • HEI YIN: Platinum members can redeem the Lychee Wood Roasted Hong Kong Style Suckling Pig (valued at 3,800 THB) for 6,000 points.
  • Hong Kong Fisherman: Platinum members can redeem the Longan Wood Roasted Peking Duck upon meeting accumulated spending conditions.
  • The Coffee Academics offers a 1-for-1 deal on "The Classic Beverage" for Basic/Silver members, and "The Signature Beverage" for Gold/Platinum members.
  • IMPACT Lakefront: Platinum members can redeem the Deep-fried Sea Bass with Fish Sauce (valued at 550 THB) for 800 points.
  • Japanese Group: Signature menus are also available for redemption at Tsubohachi, Taisho-tei, and Nippon Yokocho.
