1. HEI YIN — A Masterpiece in Every Wrap

Hei Yin, IMPACT's acclaimed premium Cantonese restaurant located at Gaysorn Centre, invites discerning epicures to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival in the most refined way possible. This year, Executive Chef Jacky — a Hong Kong native with decades of Cantonese mastery — presents the "Hong Kong Style Sticky Rice Dumpling" (?????), a creation that transcends the plate to tell a living story of cultural heritage passed from generation to generation.

Every stage of preparation is executed with obsessive attention to detail. The dumpling is filled with a symphony of nine premium ingredients: whole abalone, conpoy (dried scallops), melt-in-your-mouth pork belly, plump lotus seeds, golden salted egg yolks, shiitake mushrooms,
