She Rises Fills International Women's Day Morning with Perfect Balance at The PARQ As Inspiring Morning Wellness Community with Movement, Mindfulness, and Meaningful Connection for All

The morning began with a refreshing Mat Pilates session under soft morning sunlight, guiding participants to gently move their bodies through simple yet intentional exercises. With focus and controlled breathing guiding each movement, allowing everyone to gradually feel strength and energy building from within. The experience then flowed into a calming Sound Healing session, where gentle healing tones drifted through the morning breeze, offering participants a rare pause from the fast pace of city life - a quiet, grounding moment to reset and reconnect with themselves.

Another highlight that deepened the sense of balance was the Mindfulness Workshop led by Pim from Pimchology, a psychology-based workshop brand gaining popularity among the younger generation. Through guided journaling and open-hearted deep talk, participants were invited to tune into their inner voice, explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe space, and develop a clearer understanding of both themselves and those around them.

The morning concluded on a vibrant note with a Matcha Party by Brave Roasters, where guests had the chance to connect and share perspectives on wellness, lifestyle, and new life goals in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere by uplifting DJ music.
