'Sky Wongravee' Invites Fans to Taste "Winning Meals" — Powering Thai Athletes Toward Victory at the 2025 SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games

The "Winning Meals" program offers nutritionally rich menus designed specifically for athletes. They begin with the key question: "What do we eat for?" which leads to three meal approaches: Meals for Balance - Light meals to help stabilize energy, Meals for Preparation - Carb-rich meals for training and the day before competition, Meals for Recovery - Meals to recharge energy and repair muscles after intense activity. A total of over than 90 varieties of healthy meals have been served to Thai athletes throughout the training for 2025 SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games.

Each meal incorporates Ajinomoto's long-standing "AminoScience" expertise. Professional dietitians designed the menus to meet the daily nutritional needs of athletes, resulting in healthy dishes that are both flavorful and beneficial.

The event concluded with messages of encouragement for Thai athletes competing in the upcoming 2025 SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games.
