Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited announced to shareholders that the deadline for accepting the Tender Offer of Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited (BSRC) is 27 November 2025. This will be the final day for BSRC shareholders to accept the tender offer to exchange BSRC shares at the swap ratio of 6.50 BSRC common shares per one newly issued Bangchak common share. There will be no extension of the tender offer period. The offer is part of the shareholding and management restructuring plan between Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited and Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited to strengthen growth opportunities, enhance business efficiency, and maintain stability in delivering consistent returns to shareholders.
