Valued at 5.7 billion baht and spanning over 75 rai, the projects — Casa de Monte and Villa del Luna — will begin with the first phase on 17 rai, comprising 37 units along with a shophouse building to enhance mixed-use living convenience. The Koh Kaew area is highly sought after by both Thai and international families due to its proximity to leading international schools such as British International School Phuket (BISP) and Finnway International School Phuket, as well as convenient access to the city, airport, marinas and lifestyle destinations including shopping centres, golf courses and private hospitals. With the strong potential of the location and rising long-stay demand, the projects are positioned for both end-users and investors, particularly those targeting the expatriate rental market. The company plans to officially launch the projects in the first quarter of 2026.
