This June, The PARQ invites everyone to hit pause on the online world and reconnect with themselves at ART IN THE PARQ SEASON 3, an art-meets-wellness event curated by GROUNDCONTROL under the concept "Log Out, Look In". Offering a refreshing escape from endless scrolling and digital noise. The event encourages visitors to slow down, be present, and tune in to their inner emotions through installation art experiences and mindful wellness activities. Set within an open, inclusive, and creatively inspiring atmosphere, the event transforms Level 3 of The PARQ Life into a vibrant Creative Wellness Community in the heart of the city.
Highlights include:
- Lighting and Sound Installation by Eyedropper Fill (12 - 21 June 2026): Step into "Flow," an interactive art experience inviting visitors to disconnect from chaos and reconnect with their inner rhythm through light, sound, and the calming movement of water, creating moments of peace, mindfulness, and relaxation.
- Curated Art Activities (12 - 21 June 2026): Creative hands-on activities designed to inspire self-expression and emotional exploration, including Tato Hearts: Hide & Seek by Gypso (Ariigantha Mahapreukpong), Don't Worry Stones Painting and Letters from Your Future Self
- Art Market & Workshop (12 - 14 June and 20 - 21 June 2026): A weekend market featuring art and crafts workshops that encourage everyone to slow down and enjoy the present moment. Experience diverse artistic and hands-on creative activities curated by renowned artists and craft studios.
- Panel Talk (13 - 14 June and 20 - 21 June 2026): Inspiring conversations around art, wellness, self-discovery, and balanced living with well-known speakers, creators, and influencers, including Wilawan Boonkuekoonlawong (Avalokita), Watcharapon Nonpakdee, Pitpasupat Wongumpai and Bunrod Arreewong (Poocao Channel), Prachayaporn Vorananta (Studio Persona), Awat Ratanapintha, Thanyawat Ipoodom (The MATTER), Nuntawat Jarusruangnil and Wattanapume Laisuwancha (Eyedropper Fill)
- Art Therapy: Energy Unplugged (15 - 19 June 2026): Take a moment to rest and recharge both body and mind after a long day of work through therapeutic music and art therapy by GYPSHA & Friends and Blue Dean (Thanakorn Siriraks), combining live music with free-flow drawing and coloring sessions.
- Strike a pose and create memorable moments at a photo spot inspired by Banana Blah Blah's signature illustrations.
