Taking the spotlight is a distinguished selection of crab, available both on ice and featured across an array of refined hot dishes. Guests are invited to indulge in Alaskan King Crab, Blue Swimmer Crab, and Atlantic Brown Crab, each thoughtfully selected for its firm texture, natural sweetness, and rich crab roe, offering a well-rounded and satisfying taste profile.

The dining journey continues with creative interpretations from both Thai and international kitchens. Signature highlights include Tuscan Atlantic Brown Crab & Seafood Stew (Cacciucco), layered with Mediterranean depth; Spicy King Crab Roll; authentic Phuket-style Kanom Jeen Nam Ya Poo; Singapore-Style Chili Crab; Blue Swimmer Crab & Green Mango Salad; and Rice Crackers with Crab & Prawn Dip. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to showcase crab as the defining element of the menu.

Complementing the crab specialties is an extensive selection of international cuisine and premium seafood, including rock lobster, baby lobster, New Zealand mussels, oysters, and a Japanese corner featuring sushi and sashimi. A carving station presents tender Roasted Australian Rib Eye, while live pasta and BBQ grill stations add an interactive dimension to the evening.
