Taking place on the first Saturday of each month (2 May, 6 June, and 4 July, 1.00-4.00 PM), the premium go?local brunch showcases ? la minute Thai dishes prepared to order using high?quality local ingredients, highlighted by unlimited char?grilled Ayutthaya River prawns served with classic Thai seafood sauce.

The menu features premium Thai?style charcoal?grilled Wagyu beef with tamarind chili sauce, vibrant dishes such as Spicy shrimp and lychee Thai herb salad and Tom yum inspired creamy omelet with shrimp, comforting favorites including Stir?fried rice noodles with crispy pork belly and chili garlic sauce, Deep fried seabass on rice with marinated egg yolk as well as modern creations like Smoked salmon with Thai holy basil pesto on sourdough and a Plant?based Northern Thai tomato chili pasta (Nam Prik Ong style). Complementing the ? la minute selections, guests can also enjoy a curated buffet offering Charcuteries, Baked Thai herbal seabass, and desserts such as Marian plum cheesecake pie and traditional Thai coconut ice cream with classic toppings.

The experience is elevated by EKKALUCK Bar, in collaboration with Avantcha, offering a welcome Sato Shot and free?flow access to more than 20 alcoholic and non?alcoholic beverages, including wines, sparkling wine, Thai?inspired cocktails, matcha, and mocktails.

Completing the atmosphere, contemporary lotus flower installations launch on 2 May and will evolve monthly in line with design trends, transforming the venue into a visually engaging, photo?ready setting.
