Experience an exceptional Four-Hands Dinner at Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant, featuring Executive Chef Zhen Liu of Hong Kong's one-MICHELIN-starred Yong Fu. With more than 20 years dedicated to the artistry of Ningbo cuisine, Chef Zhen joins Executive Chinese Chef Kwok Ka Wai, whose distinguished culinary journey includes experience at a three-MICHELIN-starred restaurant in Hong Kong.

Together, the two chefs bring their expertise and individual culinary perspectives to the table, presenting a refined celebration of Ningbo cuisine through a specially curated nine-course set dinner.

The nine-course set dinner menu is priced at THB 7,062 nett per adult and is available from 20 to 22 August 2026, between 6:30pm and 10pm, for a limited time only. The experience features signature creations from both chefs, complemented by a carefully curated premium beverage pairing with each course.
