SCGP Completes 100% Share Acquisition of MYPAK, Strengthening Fiber Packaging Business in Indonesia
SCGP has announced the completion of investment for 100% stake in ordinary shares of PT Prokemas Adhikari Kreasi (MYPAK), a leading corrugated containers producer in Indonesia. This strategic investment strengthens SCGP's fiber packaging business and enhances its integrated packaging solutions to serve a continuously expanding customer base.
