AEON MERGES INSURANCE BROKER COMPANIES TO CREATE TOP FIVE INSURANCE BROKER COMPANY

AEON, a leader in the financial services sector, has merged two of its insurance Broker companies under one brand and launched AEON Insurance Service (Thailand) Company Limited. The new company is an amalgamation of ACS Insurance Broker (Thailand) Company Limited and ACS Life Insurance Broker (Thailand) Company Limited. With the merger of the two insurance broker companies the new entity's revenue makes it one of the top five insurance broker companies in Thailand. "I strongly believes that AEON Insurance Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. can be a leading player in the insurance market because of the existing experience in choosing the right type of insurance products, can provide a wide range of payment methods that are suitable for all its customers, and gives the appropriate after-sales service when customers are making a claim," said Yasuhiko Kondo, Managing Director of AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited and Chairman of AEON Insurance Service (Thailand) Co., Ltd. "In the past customers have shown trust in AEON for both business and personal transactions and we hope this will continue," he added. Mr. Kondo said that the committed to developing new products and new sales techniques which will change the face of the insurance industry in Thailand, bringing it closer to customers. AEON Insurance Company will expand its range of service offerings to include car insurance, personal insurance, health insurance, travel insurance and golf insurance.
