Citrus flavour of raw seafood ceviche at Oasis

          Oasis, the all-day restaurant at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, offers three styles of seafood ceviche during the month of July.
          Ceviche is a dish in which raw seafood is cured in citrus juices, and then spiced and seasoned. It is very popular along the Latin American coastline, and Oasis is serving a classic Peruvian prawn ceviche, at THB 350++. Other countries have adapted the style, and also on the menu is a Japanese seafood ceviche, which is served with a citrus-based ponzu sauce and priced at THB 350++. Thailand has its own delicious form, and Oasis is serving a Thai ceviche with scallops, coconut, lime leaves and galangal root, price THB 390++.
          Oasis is on the Lower Lobby level and is open from 06.00 to 23.00 hrs. For reservations please call 038-714981.
