Photo Release: Habitat Group launches “Wyndham Atlas Wongamat Pattaya”

          Habitat Group, one of Thailand's leading developers of premium property for investment, led by Mr. Chanin Vanijwongse (left) - Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Sasivimol Sutthibut (right) – Chief Operating Officer, recently launched 'Wyndham Atlas Wongamat Pattaya' to local media and agents in Pattaya. The company is guaranteeing investors a rental return of up to 6 percent per year. The facilities will be managed by Wyndham Hotel Group – World leading hotel brand and Habitat Hospitality – the subsidiary of Habitat Group. Habitat Group aims to complete the project by mid-2020 and units in the hotel are available for investors to purchase, priced between 3.8 million to 9 million baht.
