TORONTO: A new Person-to-Person money transfer service Email Money Transfers, using emails to notify customers when banks transfer their funds, is being offered by a number of financial institutions in Canada, a media release revealed. ATLANTA: CIBA Vision Corporation, the eye care unit of Novartis AG, has won its court case against Bausch & Lomb for patent infringement after filing a lawsuit claiming Bausch & Lomb's PureVision product infringed on the CIBA Vision U.S. Patent, the company reported today.
