WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: WGRD), a leading provider of network security solutions, today announced a partnership with Afiintra Technologies to strengthen and maximise WatchGuard’s exposure and market share in Malaysia.
Afiintra Technologies specialises in the distribution of network security and access network products to small and medium enterprises. Its proven track record and strong strategic alliance teams throughout Malaysia provides the widest sales distribution and maintenance support coverage in the country.

Under the terms of the agreement, Afiintra will be responsible for marketing and distributing WatchGuard’s full suite of solutions nationwide and provide maintenance support to end users. The company will also develop certified WatchGuard Secure Partners (WSPs) to help reinforce WatchGuard’s leadership position in Malaysia as well as train and develop WatchGuard Certified System Professionals (WCSP) to provide value added services, technical consultancy and after sales support.
