The four programs under “Ford Solutions” are as follows: Premium Protection Plus* – this superior protection plan is offered only at Ford Thailand by extending the warranty period for all nameplates to five years or up to 140,000 k.m. (depending on which arrives first), covering the 11 major areas and 8,000 parts items, or approximately 85% of the entire car, as well as labor costs incurred. Under the Premium Protection Plus, Ford customers can choose from a variety of packages that best suit their needs. Safe Pack Protection Plus* -- The best value-for-money extended warranty offering for heavily used vehicles. It also covers up to 5-year/200,000 k.m. for Ford Ranger pickup and 5-year/140,000 k.m. for other nameplates. The program covers four major areas that are crucial to the functionality of the vehicle and any additional labor costs. Roadside Assistance Program – Anytime around the clock, when a customer’s car breaks down, runs out of gas, or even when the customer locks his/her key inside the car, Ford Roadside Assistance Call Center will send a well-trained technician to help at the site, including towing the car to the nearest Ford service center. * Extended warranty is available for new car buyers or those who have bought their vehicles for no longer than 30 months or 90,000 k.m. and also have their cars checked regularly at Ford service centers. Ford Solutions Insurance – First-class insurance provided by New Hampshire Insurance, a company under American International Group Inc, guarantees the best-possible fees. There is a dedicated Call Center number that provides the highest possible convenience for Ford customers.
