Hay Group Thailand Announces Strategic Appointments

Hay Group Thailand general manager, Mr Anotai Adulbhan, today announced four senior appointments as part of the Hay Group’s enhancement of services to leading business organizations in Thailand. Ms Thanita Khomphatraporn has been appointed Director of Hay Group Thailand, with responsibility for consulting business in the area of building effective organizations. Ms Thanita will also be in charge of business development for Hay Group in Thailand. Ms Thanita is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with dual majors in finance and strategic management. Prior to joining the Hay Group, Ms. Thanita, a fluent speaker of Japanese, Thai and English, was Director of Business Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has over 10 years of experience in strategic management, operations, finance, sales, and customer relations at leading international and domestic companies. Hay Group Thailand has also announced the appointment of Mr Boonlerd Viboonkiat as Country Manager-Reward Information Services. Mr Boonlerd is responsible for delivering cutting edge salary and reward data information and trends from Hay Group’s global database to Hay Group’s corporate and government customers in Thailand. Prior to joining Hay Group, Mr Boonlerd held positions at IBM Software and IBM Global Services. Within the Hay Group, Dr Alan Williams has been appointed Director. His main responsibility will be to help CEOs of private companies, government agencies, and their executives, better understand how leadership behaviour has a positive or negative effect on organizational performance. His task is to develop positive leadership behaviour for clients. As part of his brief, Dr Alan will work with CEOs to understand Top Team Effectiveness and how to build it. Dr Alan also has oversight of the Hay Group Learning Institute. Hay Group Thailand has also promoted Mr Adisai Kunjara Na Ayudhya to Senior Consultant. Mr Adisai will lead Hay’s consulting practice for the government sector. Mr Adisai has worked with Hay Group for more than six years. He has advised many leading organizations in Thailand. One of his key assignments is the new people management system for the Thai civil service where he advises the Office of Civil Service Commission. Mr Adisai holds a B.A. with a First Class honours and Gold Medal in Economics from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, and a M.Phil. in the Sociology and Politics of Modern Society from the Faculty of Social and Political Science, Cambridge University, UK.
