Four Wings Group launches The Four Wings Srinakarin worth 4,000 million Baht Located right in Srinakarin include a five-star hotel and a high end luxurious condo.
The Four Wings Group actively penetrate the property market by launching The Four Wings Srinakarin, a new 4,000 million Baht project, to be the first five-star hotel in the East of Bangkok. With absolute confidence in the potential of Srinakarin area that it will turn to be a prominent community center and hotel center in the future, the project will also include a high end luxurious condominium. The Group implements a pre-build strategy in order to capture consumers’ confidence and will organize a special sales promotion before officially launching the project in November.
Mr. Jirakul Jirapojaporn, the Managing Director of the Boston Park Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Four Wings Group and The Four Wings Srinakarin Project Owner, which is the first five-star hotel and a high end condo on Srinakarin Road, reveals today that The Four Wings Srinakarin will be on a 9 rai plot of land with a total project value of 4,000 million Baht. To be precise, the project will be located on Srinakarin Road near Srinakarin – Rama IX intersection, which is only 15 kilometers from the Suvarnabhumi airport. The project is near Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital as well as express way and airport link entrance and exit. The project will include the first five-star hotel in the East of Bangkok under the Grand Four Wings brand. Located on a 4 rai plot of land, the hotel is consisted of 450 luxurious guest rooms and a 2,000 SQM ballroom with complete facilities.
Side by side with the hotel is a residential condominium under the Four Wing Residence brand, a 26 story condominium and serviced apartment located on a 5 rai plot of land. Decorated in modern contemporary hotel-room style, its 7th to 20th floor will host 322 residential units from 66-140 SQM with a price range of 3-7.5 million Baht, while its 21st – 26th story will be converted into 128 units of serviced apartment. The project will be fully equipped with resort style freeform swimming pool, kid swimming pool, health club, gym, a basketball court, badminton court, squash, banquet room, recreation corner as well as large parking space able to accommodate up to 515 cars. In order to guarantee the residents’ safety, the project is equipped with CCTV and key card system.
“We intend to develop The Four Wings Srinakarin to its fullest by combining a luxurious hotel standard into our residents’ daily living. Mr. Jirakul further adds that the company will pre-build the Four Wings Residence project along with the hotel. Currently the project is undergoing interior and exterior decoration and more than 80% completed. The company expects the project completion in mid 2008 and has commissioned Harrison Pcl. to look after the project’s sales and marketing. At the moment, there is a special promotion, where those interested in buying residential units will receive a special promotion price of only 3 million Baht within the project will be officially on sales in November 2007.
The Four Wings Group is in 4 main businesses namely construction, hotel, serviced apartment and property development.
