One of few airlines to award points for group travel bookings
Jet Airways, India’s most awarded and one of Asia’s finest airlines, has announced the award of additional points for all eligible classes on its international and domestic flights. The airline will also start giving points for group travel bookings, making it one of the few carriers in the industry to offer such an incentive.
This generous mileage scheme, effective from 15 February, is open to all members of the airline’s frequent flyer programme, Jet Privilege.
This enhanced mileage award gives:
50 per cent of base miles on Group Travel bookings for domestic and international travel
Jet Privilege members are also entitled to accumulate increased mileage points for flights on Jet Airways’ codeshare partners: JetLite, Air Canada, All Nippon Airways, American Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Etihad Airways, Qantas and Malaysia Airlines.
The airline already offers 500 bonus miles to Jet Privilege members who use e-ticketing services on www.jetairways.com. It also credits 250 bonus miles to members’ accounts when they check-in for their flights using the internet.
All Jet Airways passengers enjoy an additional 10 kilogramme baggage allowance when they check-in via the internet.
