S&P Corrects Pueblo County, CO Series 2008 Bond Rating To 'AA/A-1+'

Standard & Poor's has corrected and lowered its rating on Pueblo County (Pueblo Community Health Center Project), Colo.'s variable-rate demand bonds series 2008 to 'AA/A-1+' from 'AAA/A-1+'. These bonds are supported by a LOC provided by Wells Fargo Bank N.A. South Dakota (AA/A-1+). Due to an administrative error in recording the name of the bank, on Nov. 11, 2008, we incorrectly assigned a 'AAA/A-1+' rating to the bonds. Due to the bank name error, Standard & Poor's inadvertently did not lower its rating on these bonds at the same time we downgraded Wells Fargo Bank N.A. South Dakota to 'AA+/A-1+' from 'AAA/A-1+' on Dec. 19, 2008, and subsequently when we downgraded Wells Fargo Bank N.A. South Dakota on June 17, 2009, to 'AA/A-1+' from 'AA+/A-1+'.
