SOFITEL BANGKOK SILOM SUPPORTS THE THAILAND BUSINESS COALITION ON AIDS (TBCA) ANNUAL FUNDRAISING 2010

Sofitel Bangkok Silom led by Banta Pecthnoi (in the middle), Director of Human Resources, has recently donated used clothes and other necessary items to The Thailand Business Coalition on AIDS (TBCA) organization as its awareness to corporate social responsibility. Sofitel Bangkok Silom, one of the leading hotels certified its standard management handling AIDS people in the organization from TBCA since 2001, has once again donated used clothes and other necessary items to support TBCA organize AIDS Bazaar event which has recently been organised at the Siam Commercial Bank Park Plaza in Bangkok. These revenues will contribute to be an emergency transportation to school, stationary and tuition costs for HIV infected children. Through this donation, Sofitel Bangkok Silom staff can also increase awareness to HIV, obtain the knowledge about how to protect themselves away from AIDS and living with HIV/AIDS in the community. Social awareness and responsibility are key values for Sofitel Bangkok Silom and ACCOR, we will continue supporting this social events to enhance the opportunity to the HIV communities to have a better living condition in society.
