FORD THAILAND ANNOUNCES FIRST-IN-MARKET, NATIONWIDE 24-HOUR SPARE PARTS GUARANTEE

Wichit Wongwatthanakan (centre), Ford Thailand’s Vice President of Customer Service Ford today announced a new aftersales service programme that will guarantee availability and delivery of spare parts to any Ford dealership nationwide within 24 hours -- or those parts will be free of charge. Ford is first among major automakers to make such a promise with its 24 Hours Parts Delivery Guarantee...or It’s Free! programme, which officially begins on September 1. The “24 Hours Parts Delivery Guarantee...or It’s Free!” programme covers more than 4,000 spare parts from six common categories across Ford’s entire lineup of vehicles. It is powered by Ford’s state-of-the-industry Parts and Accessories Computer System (PANDA) spare parts inventory management and distribution system.
